Service Terms and Conditions

  • Customers will be asked to give prior written or verbal permission for PNW RV to perform diagnostic and repair for any work on all RV's
  • All services are billed on the following: Applicable travel fee ($4.00 a mile one way outside Spokane and Spokane Valley city limits), total labor hours rounded up to nearest 1/4 hour, parts and supplies and all state and local taxes
  • Jobs are based off Spader Flat Rate Manual or bided quotes
  • 1 hour minimum is billed to customer regardless if diagnostic or repair takes less than 1 hour. 1 hour minimum is billed for each visit unless returning for same issue PNW RV addressed prior and still falls under PNW RV warranty
  • Payment is due upon services rendered
  • PNW RV requires that either the customer (or designated adult) be present for the duration of the service request. PNW RV may accommodate customers request at their discretion
  • PNW RV reserves the right to cancel or refuse service based on the condition of the RV, workspace safety, inappropriate and/or illegal paraphernalia and/or behavior 
  • PNW RV may take job specific photos. These pictures are used for training, educational, social media marketing and to verify the job was completed to customer's satisfaction. PNW RV agrees not to sell, distribute or use these for any other purpose than listed above
  • Unless pre-approved, late cancellations with 24 hours of scheduled appointment is subject to a $189 fee
  • PNW RV will provide disposal options at a minimum fee of $75 per appliance
  • PNW RV will work with Extended Warranty and Manufacture Warranty. Diagnostic and travel fees will be billed to customer upon services rendered. If Extended Warranty or Manufacture Warranty does pay for diagnostic and travel customer will be reimbursed

Warranty Disclaimer

All repairs come with a 30 day parts and labor warranty. PNW RV, LLC will honor all manufacturer part warranties beyond the 30 days covered by PNW RV, LLC. Any parts installed by PNW RV, LLC that have been provided by the customer and fail will be the customer’s responsibility to cover or have the manufacturer cover (the labor warranty may still be covered by PNW RV, LLC in it’s discretion)

 

The warranty does not cover damages or abuse to vehicle by customer and is only extended to parts and labor performed and installed by PNW RV, LLC. If any instructions accompany the repair such as break-in, storage, operation procedures, etc. are not followed by customer all warranties will be void and customer will be responsible for the full cost of the repairs.
