We clocked a lot of time working for local dealers before opening PNW RV.

Although we loved the excitement and fun of helping customers buy a new RV, we grew frustrated at the lack of service once the final sale went through. Everything seemed to take far too long: warranty claims with the manufacturer, ordering and waiting for parts, or simply scoring an appointment for the simplest repairs. Even communication was slow.
